My last day in London. Oh how time flies! And the weather was rather typical of London. I decided to spend most of the day in Camden Town and really explore it. I had a fair amount of souvenirs to get.
But I sort of got there too early. And nothing was open...
...Except this amazing tea stall! I was there for half an hour smelling different kinds of tea, and chatting with the girl who worked there trying to decide which kinds to get. This stall was on the second floor inside the building that says "Camden Lock" on the side. If you find it, I recommend purchasing some quality loose leaf teas in a variety of crazy flavours. My favourite was Wanderlust, which is a green tea with apple and almond in it! :)
Around noon the sky opened up and it just poured. Luckily I was in the stalls part of the market, which is relatively covered.
I ate the best street food here. There were these grilled Turkish wraps that had beef, spinach and yogurt in them, and they were to die for. I want one right now. I will have to figure out how to cook it.
After that I went over to the bead store, and then headed back to take my cousins out to dinner. I ran out of time to see a few things, but that's ok, I'll save them for next time I visit London.
And so my UK adventure came to an end. I had an amazing time in England and Scotland, and I would like to thank my cousin for letting me stay with her. :) This trip was absolutely fantastic!
And more than 6 months later all the pictures are posted. Mission accomplished!
Stay tuned for my next summer adventure: Tremblant, Quebec!
